It was like a suggestion to be practical... Where are they ways that's helps us to be practical?

In my opinion - Experience is what you are doing, how to improve your performance ?. Knowledge is why and how you are doing a particular thing ?. Experience helps you to improve your skill sets (by experiential learning) in a job of your domain but Knowledge helps you to explore the world in and out of your domain and even helps you to diversify by keeping you aware about the surroundings. e.g. - a fruit seller can improve his / her skills to earn a living by earning more profit with their experience in that field but to diversify, sustain in the market place he / she need the knowledge of online selling, consumer expectation, business line of closely related products like a fruit seller can sell vegetables also in order to earn consistently, etc., OR take another e.g. - a commercial pilot improve their skills in efficiently flying a plane day to day by Experience but when they are in a mayday (crash) situation their Knowledge of what to do in that situation plays a vital role because you cannot have a real time plane crash experience, etc.. When you do a thing repetitively to achieve a point of excellence you need Experience but If you are doing a thing which no before you did and you are doing it for the 1st time as well then you need Knowledge. Basically, you need to mix both experience and knowledge to improve and sustain. In quantitative terms, 49 % knowledge and 51 % experience in a job helps you to increase your market value.
